Massive fps drop sometimes after opening a menu, persists till game restart.
Seems to go away if you set direct_storage enabled to false.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
When I load into the game my fps is great, after I load into a menu my fps drops and does not recover till a restart. Deleting the shader cache worked to stop this for a time. It eventually returned and clearing the shader cache did not work this time.
