Extreme amounts of stuttering

Issue Description:
When opening the game my fps drops to 40 and stutters like crazy, only fix I found is alt tabbing 3-5 times and waiting a bit, when running like normal I have stable 120 capped fps. Problem is when the fps drop happens inside a mission the game desyncs and I’m disconnected so I can’t just alt tab to fix it.
the warning “The response from the Fatshark servers seems to be slow” also appears quite often but I’m not sure if it is related

Attempted Solutions:
ray tracing is off

I’ve tried running the game on full screen and borderless and neither fix the issue

All the basic stuff, worker threads, driver update, fresh install,etc.

Platform:
Microsoft Store

PC Specifications:

rtx 3070
i5 12600k
2x8 3600mhz of ram

hv u tried delete the shader cache

C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local\NVIDIA\DXCache

Just tried it, no effect, thanks anyway

hmm its usually take effect after a game each map for the cache to rebuild. kindly update if u find other solution
