‘Perfectionist’ triggers bug with 1 second internal cooldown time
The problem is that if you throw a incendiary grenade, during invisibility, the grenade burns to death an enemy, reducing your cooldown time by 4.5 seconds (15%). Then the skill enters a 1-second cooldown, at which point even if you cause a boss kill, you will not recover the 15 second (50%) cooldown, but will be completely ineffective

Restore Ability Cooldown on Stealth Kill.
Monstrosities restore 50%, Ogryns restore 30%, andothers restore 15%.
Another issue is that if players use chainsaw weapons (swords, axes, two handed swords) and activate the special mode of chainsaw to attack enemies, the kills caused by this special mode of attack cannot restore the player’s ultimate skill CD
