It works normally in Meat Grinder.
but when playing Havoc, the skill cooldown does not decrease at all even when killing enemies while stealthed.
used weapon : combat blade
Can confirm. It SOMETIMES works, but most of the time it doesn’t. It’s pretty hit or miss and I think the netcode has something to do with it.
Doesn’t seem to matter what weapon either.

I really don’t understand why…
It works fine in Psykhanium,
but when I actually go into the game, even if I kill someone without attacking and after activating stealth, the cooldown reduction doesn’t happen.
Yeah, used it several times in matches today and it didn’t work at all.
I recommend people skip it and take a different talent in the meantime. It stinks we have to do this, but this is absurd this bug has been around for a month and hasn’t been fixed.
I guess we’ll just have to hope it gets fixed in the December patch.
It’s disappointing that this skill bug hasn’t been fixed for two months now.
The psyker talent ‘Penetration of the Soul’ was bugged and literally did nothing for 6 months, it was added in Unlocked and Loaded, it didnt do anything until Nightmares and Visions, september 2024-march 2025
so if thats anything to go by, you only need to wait ~4 more months or so then it’ll get fixed
