Unlocking Psyker’s ‘For the Emporor 3’ has not unlocked the cosmetic helmet/hood ‘Obscurus MK IIIG Psykana Hood’.
I have just acquired all of the ‘For the Emporer’ penances (1, 2 & 3) by completing ‘Cliffhanger’.
All of the cosmetics, other than the aforementioned helmet are unlocked. Yet going into the cosmetic screen, the Psykana hood is still locked.
The penance is marked as completed, as well as the prior pre-requisite penances, meaning i cannot re-attempt this challenge for my reward.
