We are aware of an issue that sometimes causes Penance rewards (cosmetics) to not unlock accordingly.
Sometimes, the connection to our servers simply needs to be re-established.
Please try completing another mission, and the reward should unlock as expected.

Issue Description:
The Ogryn Redacted Penance “Don’t Stop Me Now” Unlocked but I did not receive the cosmetic for it.
Steps to Reproduce:
Complete “Don’t Stop Me Now” and complete the penance, failed the mission, then when checking the new cosmetic obtained it is listed as locked still even though the penance is marked completed.

I’ve had my Veteran hats not appear as unlocked after I finally unlocked Resupply penance, but a restart fixed that and they are there now. Since you do not mention any restarts, do check if you got the pants the next time you launch the game.
I just opened it today and the pants did unlock after a restart! Thank you so much! 
Got somewhat of a weird bug and dunno if this is the right place to post it :
Went into a game, only missing charging 1 enemy with the Zealot’s special. Did that within 2 mins into the run, unlock pop-up showed itself as expected. Went on to complete the mission like normal, but then on the “completion” screen with the 4 dudes waiting for the XP and $ to pile up, nothing happened. It stayed there for 1-2 mins, no tallying of XP/$/reward item, then just loaded me be into the Mourningstar (without any $/plasteel/diamantine added to my totals). The penance in the menu is listing itself as completed but the reward (purple pants) is still locked in the inventory …
After scrolling around in-game wondering what happened, some error message poped-up saying there was an error in my last game or something similar.
Did try to close the game and Steam entirely, waited ~20 minutes and restarted both of them, loaded back into my Zealot and the same outcome persists (penance says done but the pants are still locked). Didn’t try a new game yet (it’s 2 am as of writing this), will try again tomorrow when I wake back up
EDIT : Had to do a few games with the penance “re-locking” itself to where it was last night, but finally managed to have both the penance done and the pants unlocked …
