Issue Description:
The blessing for ogryn’s Stubber (all variants) called “Overwhelming Fire” does not stack according to its description at tier 3 or tier 4; not tested at tier 1 or tier 2.
Steps to Reproduce:
Simply using the weapon and firing on enemies does not produce stacks as it should.
