I would be extremely curious to see the details of their org chart.
I would bet an arm FS has a culture of nurturing a multitude of useless roles like happiness managers of my balls, instead of hiring QA, creative talents to fulfill a road map, that never existed.
It kinda sounds like one of those no manager studios. Or at least it has that culture where nothing is ever anyone’s fault or responsibility to fix.
