Old bloodshot bug

Issue Description:
Picked up VT2 again since DT is such a train werck, and imagine my surprise when Waystalker still shoots a million arrows using bloodshot and loaded bow. This bug must be a year old at least?

Steps to Reproduce:
Pick waystalker
Pick bloodshot
Pick loaded bow
Smack a rat in the face
Ult

Platform:
Glorious PC Gaming

Reproduction Rate:
100%

Small correction, you do not need loaded bow to trigger the bloodshot bug, it works on kurnous reward as well.

Which reminds me, i wonder if they ever fixed the bugs where KR doesnt work in twins, hasnt ever done so, along with quite a few other talents.
