Blood Shot: After killing an enemy with a melee attack Kerillian fires an additional arrow with her next ranged attack made within 10 seconds.
Just no longer functions for the ultimate, which is a ranged attack. Doesn’t fire an additional arrow or consume the buff.
I believe Bood Shot affecting Trueshot Volley was the bug, it just took a really long time to fix it.
So then the new bug is the wording of the talent. Unless the ranged attack ultimate doesn’t count as a ranged attack, which is a bug.

No the talent still incorrectly says that it affects the ultimate, but it no longer does.
In the case of Blood Shot, ranged attack most likely means basic/normal ranged attack. So it wouldn’t affect Trueshot Volley because it’s a career skill.
So yes, the description could perhaps be made more detailed to avoid confusion.
Simply adding “Does not affect Trueshot Volley.” should be enough I think.
