Just makes me sad to see the Ogryn slammed around by the smaller mutants. I know they are jacked but I think it would be cool if we had a custom animation where we’re locked in a couple seconds of melee combat and they can’t throw us they only shove us a bit after.
On a side note I think they should be able to throw dogs off of themselves. And if this is a balance concern maybe give it cooldown or make it part of a feat or something.
By the same logic an Ogyrn is also strong enough to just grab the pox hound by the jaws and just open it, I still think shoehorning Ogyrn in overall was a mistake but too late at this point.
I disagree that they made a mistake. Ogryn is a blast to play just think it needs a little something special so that it doesn’t look as weak vs dogs/mutants as the human sized teammates. Even if on cooldown or perk based or something. Bardin from Vermintide 2 had a talent that let him knock back anything that damaged him every now and then on cooldown and it could save you from elite takedowns. I think that could fit in here.
Ogryns not getting slowed down carrying large things such as the medicae batteries and ammo barrels at the end of whatever mission it was is a great step, would like more mechanics that reflects their size.
