Ogryn - Light em up not working on explosives

Issue Description:
Was looking at making an “artillery” build for the ogryn. Went instantly for the 30% Rending cause any ability to take out a knot of armored units easier is godsend… then thought about it and said why not have a wide-area napalm effect so i can light an entire room on fire at once.

Does not work. ‘apparently’ the explosion from the rumbler (or grenade gauntlet) does not count as a “ranged attack”, though it does apply on direct hit, and the rending effect seems to apply just fine? at least i was able with the grenade gauntlet to deal about 80 damage from indirect explosions to armored units while point blank was up, but only 50 when it was off. unless i got a number or something.

Take ability Point Blank
Take “Light them up”
Fire at and around various units in Meat Grinder.

I refer to this effect as’ bullet direct strike ', which is only given a bonus effect after being hit by the projectile’s body

And the range explosion is another triggering effect, so you cannot enjoy this series of special bonuses

The same goes for the additional buff, including armor breaking

Another example is a veteran’s grenade, which cannot enjoy the effect even if it explodes in a large area. Only a direct hit from the grenade itself will receive a bonus
