Issue Description (Required):
This is in regards to the Rumbler when using Point Blank Barrage.

Light’em Up upgrade only works once per target. This bug also affects Grenadier Gauntlet’s explosions.

Blaze Away blessing gets reset upon activating Point Blank Barrage.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Tested in Psykhanium.
-The Light’em Up bug is more easily seen without the Fire Away talent. Keep shooting near the Ogryns to avoid killing them with the projectile and see the burn damage fail to stack throughout the duration of Point Blank Barrage.
-Have the Blaze Away blessing on your Rumbler. Keep shooting and stacking to any amount of Blaze Away you would like, activate Point Blank Barrage somewhere along the way and see all stacks disappear despite you continuing to spam the shoot button.
