Point-Blank Barrage resets Blaze Away stacks on non-automatics (and stacks won't build with ADS fire)

Issue Description:
Activating Point-Blank Barrage will reset the firing chain for the purposes of Blaze Away on Kickback, Grenadier Gauntlet, and Rumbler. All active stacks will drop.

While I’m here I’d also like to complain that firing ADS shots ASAP with Kickback and Rumbler won’t build any stacks, even with reload buffs (like PBB).

Steps to Reproduce:
Build stacks with above weapons, activate PBB, keep shooting. Stacks reset.
