Rending not working on Rumbler

Issue Description:
The Rending blessing effect is not working on the Rumbler when shooting crusher with direct hit (non-explosive hit)

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play “Meat Grinder” as Ogryn (Skullbreaker)
  2. Equip A Rumbler with a Rending (for me, lv4 Rending) blessing
  3. Shoot Crusher target with a direct projectile hit
  4. The “direct hit” damage will not increase when shooting the crasher with another following direct Rumbler hit

Check previous bug reports on the topic. It’s brittle not rending and direct impact already has 1.0 carapace multiplier or higher so doesn’t benefit from it. Only the explosion, your melee, and team mates benefit from it.
