the lvl 4 shattering impact blessing seems to be not applied on the target when using the secondary fire of the Rumbler, and still scoring a direct on the target. Which is needed to activate the blessing.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Got to the meat grinder and shoot a maulers with a Rumbler with the blessing, with primary and secondary mode.
