Shattering Impact Blessing on Lorenz Rumbler Does Not Work Correctly

Issue Description:
Shattering Impact blessing on Ogyrn Rumbler does not activate Rending for the Rumbler ranged damage itself, including direct projectile damage. The rending does activate for your melee primary weapon, however. This is inconsistent with the Grenade Gauntlets version of Shattering Impact which does activate for the Grenade Gauntlets ranged attacks, increasing the ranged damage.
Steps to Reproduce:
Equip Rumbler with Shattering Impact blessing, and shoot multiple times in Crusher in Psykanium.

This is just a badly explained mechanic. It increases your damage multiplier against a given enemy classification (not just flak or carapace) closer to 1.0x. It can’t provide any benefit to the damage you will proceed to do with weapons like trauma staff circles or the Rumbler because they already do 1.0x or better to all types. The only resistance Rumbler puts up with is hordes taking less blast damage, but obviously since they have no hope of surviving an impact this is not able to be dealt with by this blessing. Rending does apply to the damage your other weapons do though, as well as teammate damage for ‘brittleness’ (which in fat shark language also applies to some descriptions of ‘rending’, like with the trauma staff).
