Issue Description:
The lvl 20 ogryn feat “Die Hard” increases toughness generated by
Kills
5% toughness restored per kill is doubled to 10%

25% toughness restored is doubled to 50%

[details=““Best Form Of Defence …” lvl 5 feat”]
25% toughness restored is doubled to 50%
[/details]
[details=““Momentum” blessing”]
15% toughness is doubled to 30%

But it does not increase the toughness generated by
[details=““Confident Strike” blessing”]

[/details]
[details=““Gloryhunter” blessing”]

[/details]
[details=““Reassuringly Accurate” blessing”]

[/details]
[details=““Born in Blood” blessing”]

[/details]
I do not know if the feat affects the toughness regenerated from allies being in coherency, since this is not as easy to test.
Steps to Reproduce:
Equip “Die Hard” feat, get to low hp (to activate the feat) and test in combination with either of the options mentioned above.
I edited the post a bunch of times when i added all of the affected and not affected sources of toughness one by one.
