Official Realm doesnt run, but modded

the game runs smoothly in the modified realm. in the official it crashes after the start. deleting the eac certificate means that the first scenes are visible until an error message about deleting the certificates appears. other solutions such as checking the files for errors, repairing eac, check firewall and driver are unsuccessful. the error code is different every time.

what can i do to play on the official realm?

Could you check that the Easy Anti-Cheat service is enabled please?:

  1. Open the Command Prompt as an administrator
  2. Enter the command:
    services.msc
  3. Locate Easy Anti-Cheat within the list and double-click it
  4. Change ‘Startup Type’ to ‘Manual’
  5. Save the changes
