Did you try verifying game files through steam?
Have seen issues with EAC causing issues launching into official realm but not modded.
May need to reinstall EAC?
I believe I’ve already addressed this post in the Steam discussions, but for anybody else experiencing this issue I’d recommend running the Windows System File Checker by:
- Launch the ‘Command Prompt’ as an administrator
- Enter ‘sfc /scannow’ (excluding quotation marks)
Should that prove to be unsuccessful, please ensure you have the latest Windows updates installed.
