Off-Topic Fridays: What's for Dinner?

Stir-Fry! The Mrs. and I are moving into a new place and we’ll be putting together a huge meal that will last the rest of the week. Broccoli/carrots/water-chestnuts/chives/snap-peas/garlic/mushrooms/chilies for veggies, chicken for protein, and all of it will be sauced and served over a bed of long-grain white rice.

I’m quite looking forward to it. tanks for asking, Julia! Now I have to go figure out how to make a spicy bean and sausage stew… good call on the garlic bread!

I love the idea of meal prepping like that, I wish I had the patience to!
