Getting the obvious freebie out of the way:
The Ghostbuster’s theme. I don’t care if it’s overused or something I hear every year, I just never get tired of it. I don’t know how Ray Parker Jr did it but it’s too catchy.
Ah man, no trolling by adding that one Neil Cicierega Ghostbuster’s remix? 
Speaking of Neil Cicierega though, my actual answer is Lifetime Achievement Award by Lemon Demon but honestly his whole Spirit Phone album fits for Halloween

Okay now that the obligatory gif is out of the way, my oddball choice here is Risen from corru.observer Act 4. It fits that kinda vibe you might be looking for. (also it’s on spotify if that’s anything specific you wanted)
corru.observer is a great game, go play it (it’s free on your browser!). It’s impacted me in a way only Disco Elysium has before, which is a high bar, and I give it a genuine 10/10, especially as someone who plays a LOT of games.
I ended up naming a few of my characters after it.

Jumping off Cobalt’s post with game OSTs to suggest a recent favorite. If you like retro shooters like Blood but can handle a bit more horror then I’m begging y’all to try Cultic. Largely a solo dev game at first (OST included) with chapter 2 getting a lot of mapping help from a custom Blood campaign mod dev. (The art pallet is deliberately crunched for the retro feel but you can customize all that stuff if it’s not for you).
(I recommend headphones to take it all in)
The soundtrack is a great mix of tense and moody to keep you just enough on edge with the main theme being a great example:
But then you’ll be creeping your way through a horror section just to get slammed with a big setpiece and a shootout while this groove starts to play:
