NVIDIA Drivers on 4070TI S after version 570 cause massive stuttering

I have some potentially bad news if you don’t like tweaking settings.
This likely isn’t a driver issue.

Messing with settings and some performance mods is the only thing that has consistently helped, regardless of driver. Yes, I’m on nvidia too, 4080.

Best advice I can offer is to start tweaking, if that’s your thing:

Stable high framerate gameplay seems impossible

You want to reduce the ‘Max tiles out per frame’ in the feedback buffer settings from my testing. This applies to my AMD GPU and AMD CPU, but I would assume that it translates the same. If the 'max tiles out per frame is at 64 at 60fps and you set it to 32 or 16, it will result in the same tiles out over at 120fps, but with less aggressive spikes when loading assets, hence reducing the ‘Dips’.
