Issue Description (Required):

Both DLSS super resolution and FSR do not provide an fps benefit when being used, even though they do heavily affect the visual quality of the game

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

1:Launch darktide and enter the MourningStar
2:use any method to check fps
3:change the DLSS or FSR setting to “Ultra Performance”
4:check fps, no change will have happened

What CPU do you have (and other PC specs)? If upscaling doesn’t improve your FPS, you are probably not GPU-limited. You could be CPU-limited, power-limited, or some other limitation.
