No rushers in Mortis Trials, and it's great!

right on the money. though I had only to shut up 2 delusional dudes in 1700 matches so there’s that

absolutely, what else is there if current power levels have you almost solo the match?

it’s “coop” as in we don’t fkk each other over on purpose.

for “teamplay” I actually have to know and like the guys im playing with and even then it takes a considerable time of practise until a team works as a team.

randoms? they are a “modifier” by their very nature.

some click and you got a good flow of a game, some are literal roadblocks to an otherwise fluid match.

only thing I can control to a point is my interaction with the game and quite frankly the only motivation for playing “multiplayer” is to measure myself against the performance of others and improve.

given the chance, I switched to total solo in sm2 the moment it was available :man_shrugging:

uhuh, and I shall remain standing and watching while a psyker or gun scum clearing the whole map why again?

so random-dude from “somewhere” has a good time?

maybe you’re the supporting type, I aint, never was, never will be.

never heard guys complain about a carry either.

dudes with the same mindset have a proper competition without throwing a fit and get the other from a net or dog just the same.

after that, the race is simply on again, cause past that level of experience and the odd misstep, you don’t “need” another player to hold your hand.

those are usually the chill matches too cause everyone involved not only carries his own weight but is out to get the biggest chunk of the buffet.

it’s the other matches with one sore thumb sticking out that’s usually the wippersnapper trying to conceal their mistakes.

got plenty of those recorded as well :man_shrugging:

edit: for the record, we are talking about auric maelstrom that’s now around for more than 2 years.

second highest level of gameplay (or rather what’s left of it thanks to the unbalancing so we can can-open crusher armies on havoc 40) and you expect people to wait for those inexperienced taking their sweet time why?

what business does one have running around there if not having practiced all the steps before that should have lead there?

plenty of others did exactly that out of respect for their peers, why excuse the rest?

maybe it’s not 100 ghost drivers on YOUR lane, if you catch my drift (made a car-funny :squinting_face_with_tongue: )

Mortis Trials suck :poop: and no, I won’t elaborate on that further.

I have never played Havoc and never will. I find color-swapped enemies offensive in a modern game. Takes me right out of the immersion.

well at least on that we agree :face_with_tongue:

there’s a reason I use custom ui mod and turn off/shrink the non/essentials.

feels much better playing on your own than having a bloated HUD tell you what to do

(looking at health bar/aoe circle mods)

No but you definitely get people who just ignore the objectives and run off by themselves to die.

My opinion on both running ahead by yourself and lagging behind by yourself is the same, do whatever you want but don’t die and if you die don’t complain when nobody is prepared to run 15 miles to help you. Wanna get help? Stick with the squad.
