No ragdoll interaction setting

Issue Description:
Got the gamepass version of darktide, and for some reason there’s no ragdoll interaction option in the video settings. I don’t live in a country where there’s any censorship laws (uk.)

Reproduction Rate:
Once - Rare (<10%) - Unusual (<25%) - Common (<50%) - Often (<75%) - Constant (100%)

These options are currently unavailable on the Microsoft Store/Game Pass release. There is some remaining work to be done on this.
