The ragdolls have been disabled on PC gamepass since release. As in this post from Dec 2022.
So whatever the reason for this new change it isn’t just because of something to do with Sony. Also, PC is not now being lumped in with console for some necessary reason, as they’ve successfully kept Steam distinct from Gamepass in this regard for 2 years now.
Though they did seem to suggest in May 2023 they were working to fix it. No ragdoll interaction setting - #2 by FatsharkJulia
