The psyker domes are bugged with warp charges. It doesn’t go on cooldown if they have a warp charge so it’s very spammable when it shouldn’t be.
Ah fair enough, haven’t actually played much with it been enjoying some other stupid psyker build I made for melee, well can’t wait for the fix after running into 2 other psykers in auric damnation and happily walking through the game
