So it was mentioned in the latest update that Thick of the Fray would be folded into Point Blank Barrage for Ogryn. I believe the damage is, but I am unsure if the movement speed was. Also the description for Point Blank Barrage was not updated to reflect this.
(Also your forums cannot upload a png file if the .png is capitalized? Odd forum bug.)
