This may or may not be a bug but it is driving me up a wall. The portrait frame “The Crest of the Exceptional Bone Collector” it…it pops into the inventory of cosmetics seemingly completely at random and than vanishes not to be seen, even being removed from characters that had it on and just stays gone…until it randomly shows back up again for no obvious reason…what is this thing’s deal.
