Sorry for being annoying but i wanted to ask if i could get this frame, because i played in all the versus beta except for the last one due to irl circumstances and feel a little cheated. I know it not a big deal and doesnt really fit into any of these categories on the forum but i sent a CM a DM on discord and after roughly 3 weeks I still haven’t gotten a response yet, so i would really appreciate a reply. Thanks.

Hi @macho-man-2010, sorry that we missed your discord message - it likely slipped through the net during a busy period.
The Indefatigable Investigator portrait frame was a reward available to players who signed up to a separate newsletter form in August and participated in the Open Beta test during the test period.
Unfortunately, this was portrait frame is not tied to any prior tests, and any accounts not meeting the criteria above are ineligible for this frame. Apologies for any disappointment.
