Didn't receive Versus Beta Test Frame

I played during the alpha and beta tests and have been subscribed to the newsletter for some time, but I didn’t receive the portrait frame for beta testing. Is there something else I need to do to get the frame?

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

@Dannyboiyy The Indefatigable Investigator Portrait Frame was a reward available to players who registered for a separate newsletter in August, and then participated in the Open Beta Test whilst it was active.
