Missions
Good evening/morning,
After 30 game crashes and backdoor errors, I completed 10 ten missions to receive the frame reward.
However, this hasn’t happened. I know of the patchnotes where it states that it might not appear right away, but I’m concerned in losing it with all the problems I went through.

I wouldn’t worry much, did go through 11 matches yesterday for it to even recognize i was past the event by 1 match 
in the end it was marked with a yellow ! but after exitint the portrait menu it showed just fine.
Try restarting the game

The “new frame” pop-up notification appeared after the event was finished, but it was not unlocked.
I’ve tried restarting the game and even went to the supermarket for a bit.
Hm, are you still waiting? It can be a little slow.
For anybody else reading this without having seen the patch note:
After 10 hours, I did receive my frame.
Unlike other “special” frames, it’s considered common. Seems disheartening for an event reward.
I did have a blast playing the event and seeing the Morningstar full again.

I’ve waited 24 hours, relogged several times, and have done additional monstrous enemies missions, but the frame has yet to appear in my inventory. Nurgle’s mad at me.
Just wanted to add that I finished this probably about a week ago, give or take a couple of days. Still no gross tentacle portrait my end lol
I’ve looked at a couple of reports where I see the Portrait Frame present in a player’s inventory in our backend, which leads me to believe some may be experiencing a UI issue where it isn’t being displayed as it should be. If you’ve yet to receive it, are you using any mods?
I did use a couple of mods previously but deleted them about a year ago; just checked the game folder and verified the files on steam to see if that threw anything up but it all looks fine my end.
