Issue Description (Required):
I discarded my old relic sword that I had done the mastery for the weapon with. And got a new one with some better stats.
But it only has the skin I bought from the npc vendor, no longer is my mastery skin available for selection. Why?
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Obtain relic sword mastery with a relic sword.
Get skin. Equip skin. See skin. Discard sword.
Buy new sword. Go to cosmetic tab.
