Issue Description:
I just purchased the commissar set for my veteran and it is not showing up on my player when equipped. In the Cosmetic Window I am able to see it all equipped and I can even see in the lobby that my model attempts to change but it just reverts back to the old outfit I was wearing. No one else can see me in any other outfit as well.
