Bought cosmetic, now appearance changes doens't apply in game

Bought a cosmetic, but after wearing it no changes made apply in game, only in inventory.

Hi Barry, do you have the cosmetic equipped in your operative’s loadout?

Hi ! Yes I do. Upper picture is from in game, lower from inventory view.

Also, frame and insignia are not updating on this character. On other characters everything works fine.

Try logging out and switching to another character and back again, sometimes the loadouts get stuck.

Do you happen to have the same Curio equipped in separate slots in your loadout? If this is the case, remove one, as this interferes with the way loadouts are saved. :smiley:

Removing all but one profile solved the issue.
