Issue Description (Required):
The premium cosmetic “Theta-Level Cranial Augment”, that displays as equippable by Arbitrator, doesn’t show up. It’s a generic piece of cosmetic equippable by all human classes. Other generic pieces show up fine, it seems, so please make it so I can actually equip this premium cosmetic I paid money for.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
1- Open cosmetic tab for Arbitrator character.
2- Some generic human premium cosmetics that should be here aren’t.
