If you choose between 2 books, then yes it’s stupid.
However we live in the world that full of information and content, and there is just no time to engage with everything.
Why whould anyone spent their time just to go and ensure they weren’t clickbaited?

I get why, in a world of content fatigue, people might be weary and wary of looking deeper. Iv seen so many things that would have missed if I only took it at surface depth. Im willing to look past the cover and often Im surprised by the intelligence that hides behind what was initially some pop culture reference I didnt get at first.

If I took it at face value I would make many assumptions about what you believe. Maybe you DO believe the things he does, idk, but you have intelligent things to say and arent just some memelord with an edgy picture. If you made a video about Darktide with a clickbaity thumb I would watch it because I know you would have something interesting to add to the convo.
Iv seen @Mister_E doing videos before @weeping.moon, so I know already Im not being clickbaited. I know he will have an opinion on the game and not just some 
posting edgelord. Same with Tanner, even if he is ALSO a posting edgelord 
he has opinions grounded in playing the game lots.
Whether I agree is different, but I like to listen to people, even those I disagree with, especially if they can come up with compelling counterpoints that make me think.
People I stop listening to tend to be those that go out of their way to belittle or offend.
Otherwise I kinda agree, it IS impossible to just engage with everything but there arent that many content creators that post opinions about Darktide so I do make a lil more time for that.

I really don’t see the point to turn this into a trial.
Let’s say he has an opinion. I don’t share it, because I really think that Havoc should tend to be close to impossible and not opened to all players…
But that’s just because I do not want to play this game mode at all and if they do that, damnation not havoc will be malice equivalent.

Cause nothing is happening about the game itself. No meaningful content people will be excited to share hype, discuss and hope for.
The game is a dry field so crucifixion brings fun.
We can look at SM2, where dramas and backlashes about balance state happens. But also constant leaks about featured content - horde mode, new enemies, techmarine, etc.
I don’t even play the game anymore, since PoE 2 EA. Shitposting here is more fun than playing DT.

SM2 does so many things/almost everything right compared to Darktide. If only the gameplay wasn’t mind numbingly boring. Biggest tragedy really.

You can get 100% crit chance with a shred weapon
I have not even tried it… it looks just boring the gameplay.
Sad… Personally I play 1 or 2 game in coop and more in solo.
I will be honest… I have completed only one damnation game in a solo Many More Try (so with standard bots) and chained a lot of failures.
But every times I feel that I progress. The problem is 95% of times trappers in middle of a big spawn and bots that cannot resist to the pressure. Most of the time I handle it… but if you do a tiny error, like a dog in middle of an horde, or a net that you cannot avoid cause of a crusher… and that’s an immediate game over… or in 9 times over 10.
But that’s a good training at trying to never be disabled.
I want to see a scoreboard with 100% critical rate.
Go… and show me that.
Never see 100% as critical chances… and I have a mod that displays this info. So, if I can’t see a 100% bonus applied even temporally, I really doubt you can get 100% an entire mission and at all time.

I maintain that zealot has not near 100% crits… he is not even close to this.
I see Zealots die all the time. Turns out skill issue is a normal thing for normal humans

i’d say the single player part is worth the money for the graphics and atmosphere alone.
gives me some feelgood 40k, which apart from darktide, hired gun and boltgun
(though im not into the retro pixel stuff since i’ve been around for pixels back in the day and would have killed for the graphics of today)
is rare.
gameplay sure is something else altogether, more consolish-quicktime stuff hopping from execution to the next to sustain your shield, what would roughly resemble your toughness here.
far more static than darktide where you shape engagements rather than react to it by passive gunstrikes/glory kills.
visually it looks good and has a proper “oomph” to it, you just feel “disconnected” compared to the first person action here.

You may think it is worth because you love Warhammer 40k. I am not a big fan…
I will buy Dune awakening for the same reason… because it is taking part in a universe I love.
But I won’t take SM2. The universe is not something that would push me to buy it. If the game has been incredible, why not. But actually, what I read about it don’t look like I can appreciate it.

Because if you’re gonna make the claim that i am changing my opinions to get more engagement -which was the ORIGINAL CLAIM THAT I WAS RESPONDING TO- then you need to have watched the video to know my opinions. If you dont, what good is the comment?
What if i made a video saying “my take on the recent update” and the commentary was just me talking about the name of the update?

He’s not wrong about misleading click bait being your bread and butter though. People wouldn’t mind YouTubers if they’d stop with that annoying bs.
Or he might simply take issue with your terrible tier lists influencing naive beginners into repeating those same fallacies like gospel.
At the end of the day most dartkide influencers are terrible and it’s a reasonable take to assume so without having to wade through hours of their worthless content. Saying “you can’t refute me without watching every single one of my videos lolol!1” is just infantile

well, I must say that I don’t watch youtubers and “influencer”, because I do not want to support such system where one guy can have a power on a game (or on something else). So, in my eyes, this is a big no.
And his opinion does not count for 2k opinions, it is just one opinion.
However, I believe he is free to have his opinion.
In my opinion, he asks to destroy 90% of the game to please 5% of the players.
I see clearly that they go for buffs and not nerfs. I just expect that they finally nerf what is beyond the acceptable… and that they give us a solo mode, only way to not bother about balance.
I insist on solo because of their actions. They have destroyed the balance. I defy anyone here to compare a build that has a PG and combat axe / shovel / PS to a build with headhunter (burst fire version) + catachan sword (bots weapons). If one guy here succeed to record a scoreboard that can put the shame on a PG user.. well he will have a true respect from me.
But I know it will never happen because we talk about strongest weapons against weakest weapons. And the gap is not big… this is an ocean between these weapons.
