Some people need crazy fast mouse sensitivity to play properly, It’s a common thing devs no fault of their own forget about, tbh the game industry should standardize accessibility settings to make it better for everyone.
Yeah I have the same problem. I use a trackball mouse which seems to have lower sensitivity then others but even at max settings it still feels pretty slow ingame. Their prior game of vermintide 2 runs perfectly at 9.2 setting and it would be nice if I could have similar here.
Mouse sensitivity settings as a whole need some TLC.
Each plus or minus 0.1 is a giant swing in sensitivity, to the tune of 10-20% more or less sensitivity for the average person (if you use the standard “inches to do a 360” measurement, each increment changes it by 1-2 inches at 800dpi. Which is a lot.)
I just wish it would go higher. As a trackball user my sensitivity is normally lower compared to modern mice that can change dpi on the fly. Which is why I need more range in games. It’s strange to me they wouldn’t just borrow/transition the one from vermintide over as it was perfect.
It’s actually preventing me from playing the game anymore as I hate playing as a DJ with my mouse.
its difficult to explain but even at 2 with my 25600 dpi mouse for me only gets me to a bit over a quarter turn so getting a faster mouse doesn’t help everyone.
Still waiting for a fix for this… And to the person who says “Just get a mouse with better DPI.” that’s a horrible solution. Screw the comfort of myself using my trackball because the game doesn’t have a larger range of options I guess.
