Motion Blur is bugged since last patch & Allow us to swap DLSS versions ourselves

Hello!
Since V1 and Launch V2 I always had motion blur ON and it provided a very small but subtle amount of camera Motion Blur, and I really liked it that way. Smoothed out the frame jittering when turning horizontal.

However, Motion Blur is extremely exaggerated since the last patch, the camera Motion Blur that is, it’s very distracting.

As a bonus request, allow us to swap DLSS versions ourselves via programs like DLSS Swapper. Currently if we manually swap DLSS to a newer one, it disables the current version ingame, until you reinstall the game completely.
