Runing DLSS, i guess? Try to turn it off and see, if there any difference. In my case, DLSS cause flickering on black textures.
I get the exact same problem. Wasn’t an issue in the update that added the elevator mission, but the hotfixes since then seem to have caused the bug.

happens on amd as well, i think its just a bug
yep this is for sure a bug that was introduced in one of the recent patches because this clearly wasn’t present in the earlier versions. I’ve reported the same bug as well.
