Background flicker on weapon detail screen and store screen

Issue Description:

Selecting the ‘inspect weapon’ option in the loadout screen causes the background to flicker for a second or two. Similarly, viewing cosmetics in the cosmetic store results in background flicker, sometimes persistently (particularly noticeable if selecting different weapon camos in the paid store, for example). Began occurring two patches back.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open loadout screen, select inspect weapon. See screen backdrop flicker.
Open cosmetic store. Select cosmetic. See flicker.

Constant (100%)

RTX3090 (driver 536.40), i9 12900k, Win 11. Hardware GPU scheduling off. DLSS on.

*note: Frame generation toggle in DLSS options mentioned in previous threads on similar issues is not present in my video options, so can’t try that.

I apologise I don’t have any solutions for this issue, but we are aware of this issue and it’s being looked in to.
