Background flickers when viewing an item's details

Issue Description: When selecting an item then viewing its details by pressing the V key I get this flickering background of the item.

Steps to Reproduce: Just view an item’s details by clicking on it then press V.

Platform: Steam

Reproduction Rate: Constant (100%)
