have you considered morrow may simply be just lying/exaggerating to buy some easy goodwill from the rejects, or you know speaking with the same holo projection everyone else speaks to?

I thought that Grendyl has no body.
He / She is an Omnissiah worshiper. Just (almost) converted itself into a machine (almost).
That’s why we see an Holo projection.

He likely has a physical form on the ship in Kharib’s restricted area, the details of how the ‘Mysterious Voice’ is being kept alive is still uncertain. Morrow may also have been talking to him via solo holo head like Rannick in opening Arbites scene.
Brunt disappeared after dealing with genestealer… he and morrow may be infected… not sure if being infected causes increase aggression as other comments say hes getting angrier… if Grendyl has worked out a deal with Tzeetch perhaps he would also tolerate a Khorne influenced Morrow as you suggested on other thread…

And our new mission “No MANS Land” in the trenches show GSC symbols in their cult basement.. This means the heretics know about another hive presence (or are being influenced by them) on Atoma, the end of mission video mentions they have to digest the intel or something. All the intel dataslates show the same image of what looks like Swagger(ill upload screenshots of the name it displays). All this hiding in plain sight has me wondering.
If you have read any Cain book you know GSC likes to hide and wait until the final days when they are strongest and Tyranids are on approach. Which leads me to the new guy in the Tank, Knight Commander Raximillian Dragor, who from my perspective is basically a cyphus cain type, leading from the front and saying what he says because he thinks that’s what someone like him would say.. .
Why are we going so far out to purge this specific base? Are we covering up something or exposing the intel we find to the light. This could just be the perfect IG fantasy mission with a leader who keeps telling you to move move move and passing all the battle shock tests but I think it goes much deeper than this.
The strings to introduce GSC are here, I don’t think we will see full blown ‘Nids but I think the GSC roster supports the specialist/elite/horde mob style genre perfectly. Acolytes and Hybrids, Biophagus, Kelermorphs and Sanctus with Saboetuers. Don’t forget Abominant/Aberrant and purestrain Genestealers.
To get back to Morrow and Brunt, the GSC Patriarch has a synaptic presence meaning you can be infected without even knowing and you can also have collective knowledge that maybe unobtainable. Theres a reason everyone is gathering onto the Mourningstar to investigate signals, someone’s infected and not with the blight, but something far worse, or at least I hope so for the narrative’s sake.

if we hear them mention a biophagus then its a dead giveaway. But multiple books from BL have doctors turn to chaos/xenos for experimentations turning pain into pleasure or injecting them with a sickness for the grandfather. GSC, to me, is less sinister and more “cunning/planning” for the invasion and gathering knowledge/trust.
The new no mans land does have a converted Goliath Truck, and multiple maps have jackal bikes, (the quad mainly). It would be quite the twist if the GSC or Cult got infected by nurgle, that narrative would be fascinating and cause a very intersting turn of events.
Sanctus have been known to shapeshift so there could be one among us.. it also harkens back to the original topic. Wheres Brunt?
I think its highly likely that our Inquisitor is doing everything in their power to stay alive, which may tread on heresy if what they are up to is discovered. Im not sure what experimenting on a Purestrain would do to benefit the continued existance of someone on life support but its definately not out of the question.
