More fps in grey screen

So, I’ve got this bizarre issue (even though it’s actually helpful) where whenever I get any filter on my screen (grey screen on 1 wound, veteran’s infiltrate) my fps goes significantly up, like up to a 120, where my normal fps is around 60.

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

This is cause of FSR 3 Framegen being on most likely and also being bugged, it’s not working properly and only works or stops working when screen filters happen.
You’re better off turning it off until it’s fixed, as when it’s not working it’s making your visual FPS worse.
