Frame Capper not working

Issue Description (Required):

set frame cap to 60 fps, eats up cpu and makes it over 100 which in turn is loading up the cpu

Attempted Solutions (Optional):

changed frame cap, doesnt work

Platform (Required):

PC - Steam

I had this issue too until I disabled FSR 3.1 Frame Generation, you should give that a try!
