I am missing an illusion for bretonnian sword and shield. It’s the red vet illusion from completing the challenge. I cannot apply it, nor does it show up in the list of illusions available for it. How can I fix this?

We’ve checked your account in the backend and nothing seems out of place.
There is currently a Bretonnian Sword & Shield in your inventory with the illusion applied - were you able to apply it successfully in the end? or could you be trying to apply the illusion to the weapon that already has it?
