MISSING REWARDS
Geheimnisnacht weapon cosmetics are missing after completion of the event challenges, currently only the Portrait frame is available and all weapon cosmetics are missing from my account.
Steps to Reproduce:
Complete the Geheimnisnacht challenges.

We’ve checked your account in the backend and have found the challenges marked as completed, with the weapon skin rewards unlocked correctly.
Perhaps there was a temporary backend issue, or desync. Can you please check again and let me know?

Unfortunately the problem persists and the cosmetics do not appear under the Cosmetics section of the game menu nor in the Apply Illusion area of the crafting menu.

Hm okay, could you please provide a screenshot of your Apply Illusion crafting screen for the following characters and weapons?
Bardin - Handgun
Kruber - Repeater Handgun
Kerillian - Longbow
Saltzpyre - Crossbow
Sienna - Bolt Staff

It appears to be working now!! They’re appearing under the Apply Illusion section as normal. Thanks again for your time in looking into the matter. I had a similar problem with both the Mondstille and Skulls for the Skull Throne event rewards as well, must be some deysnch funk.
