The cosmetics from the Orthus Offensive rewards do not appear in the inventory after completing the penance, It’s been quite some time, and I’ve played several missions to see if it was just a server error, but I’ve never been able to use those cosmetics.

The rewards aren’t trinkets that go on your weapon. They’re cosmetics that you can add by your portrait frame.

I think they just slap that on everything now to grant the illusion of feedback.
