  1. Compare any melee / ranged weapon with melee / ranged damage vs elites to one without
  2. Hit any non horde enemy with both versions.
  3. Compare damage.
  4. Realize that an 8% roll ends up giving an 80-90% dmg increase vs almost all enemy types.
